Give a warm welcome to 2026 Run Nash Ambassador Corey 👟✨

is a Nashville native, proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and someone who truly embodies community!

Corey’s running journey started early as a track & field athlete, inspired by the legend Michael Johnson. Corey says, “While I don’t have all gold running shoes yet… I incorporated the gold chain which you’ll often see me wearing while running.” 😉

His personal motto?
“Hard Work + Dedication, Prayers + Belief.” 🙏🏾

This year, Corey accomplished a huge goal by completing his first full marathon. Next up: his first duathlon, more trail races, and ultras. 🏃🏾‍♂️🚴🏾

One of our favorite lines from Corey:
“If you tell your friends or loved ones your goals, and they don’t reply with ‘you’re crazy’ then maybe your goals aren’t big or ambitious enough!” 😂
