Emily recently smashed it at AG nationals in Milwaukee, where she posted a 3rd OA result, winning the 25-29 AG and logging the fastest female run of the day (37:48π¨).

This is what we do - Prepare early, be diligent, and . We were able to not only get more time in Chattanooga to see the potential course and descents, but got to practice and prepare for some big descents in Nice.
As usual, the Riverbluff Triathlon brought a good time. There's nothing quite like racing local, especially when you have a team to do it with. A solid weekend from our WT's!
