Hi friends ๐
Long time, no see! This year Iโve been on a quest to experience the most spiritual places in the world. This journey has guided me to a small, family run Ayurvedic hospital in Kerala, India. ๐ฎ๐ณ
I believe that we can only pour into other beautiful humansโ wellness once weโve first poured into ourselves. Which, of course is a life long journey. Being at this hospital is a big step for me to fully detox while connecting to a culture steeped in ancient holistic healing.

Hi hi ๐ฟ
Lately, Iโve been learning about the different paths of yoga. Before the physical practice that most of us know & love today, the Bhagavad Gita outlined the Trimฤrga or three paths of yoga:
(1) Bhakti~ yoga of love & devotion
(2) Karma~ yoga of action & selfless service
(3) Jnana~ yoga of knowledge & seeking truth
The path of karma yoga helps me put a name to why I love teaching. These photos are from a month spent living and volunteering at a community center in rural Vietnam. Each day there, tho not always comfortable, filled me up from the inside out. Karma yoga is all about doing an action without seeking reward. I donโt know if my lessons will live on in the lives of my students, tho I know that Iโve done my duty, lived my dharma, simply by giving them love & guidance while they walk their own paths.
Iโm sharing this because yoga can look different for each of us at different stages of life, and thatโs the true beauty of the practice. You carry it with you wherever you go.
