Discipline = the right thing, the right way, the right time, all the time.
In order to be successful, you need discipline to stay on track. Talent and motivation will only take you so far.

"I can't hire 20 of me's."
Diversity in a staff isnt just race/ethnicity. I can't reach every single kid with my coaching style, so I have to find coaches who can complete what I need.
That will include different ethnicities/backgrounds, but also age, expertise, experience level, energy levels, coaching styles, ect. Not to mention teaching certifications for the high school level in Texas.
The only thing that remains the same is the standard you set for your staff.

100% agree with Ed Reed. Drop zone will have you covering grass. Always stick with pattern matching principles. You'll always be where you need to be at the least.
Some sights of our last track meet and football off season. Max week, checking up on our progress and progression!
Wild Billy Relays. 1st meet of the season. Some good things brewing for the rest of the year!

Excited to announce that I have earned my PMP! Hardest exam I ever took, but the All In PMPrep got me ready!
Also high suggest Military members to start using your credential assistance funds! This is the second cert I earned with the Army paying for it.
Before a DB can turn and look for the ball, he has to be in position (with some other factors as well). Most call this being in phase.
But in the NFL, you can't allow the receiver to hold the line. If you do, it may be best to play through the hands, as opposed to turn and play the ball.
