Are you training hard enough to keep making progress after 40?
As we get older, it’s natural to become more cautious in the gym. But sometimes that caution leads us to train so comfortably that our muscles never receive a strong enough reason to adapt.
Effective training doesn’t mean taking every set to failure, chasing soreness, or leaving every workout exhausted. It means learning how to challenge yourself appropriately while maintaining good technique and recovering well enough to do it again.
