JR Performance Horses

Whoops late to posting this!

Saturday me, my sidekick(Madeline) and Audrey (one of my students) went to the Good Old Days Show and we had a blast!

Madeline had been working hard to perfect slowling Sis down and being able to hold a good pace. She also was practicing riding super quiet with her hands and always smiling(judges love to see a smile). They ended up doing really good in their walk trot classes and won 3rd in the 4D for poles!

Audrey had her first show on Paddy who is still in training but we knew this would be a good test to see his progress. They blew me away by wining first in youth walk trot out of 13 riders! They did really well in the rest of their classes as well even when Paddy started to have a little tude. So excited to see this team grow!

Me and Tiki had a good day also. She was a little fidgety our first class but rocked it in the Ranch Walk Trot winning third. She also won third in keyhole and 1st in the 3D for the Adult barrels.

So proud of the little team I had this weekend and so excited for the next shows! 😁💪

I may have thought teaching kids wasn’t my strong suite but it’s really growing on me 💕

Being able to help these girls when they are struggling, seeing them gain confidence and become better riders has been so fun!

So proud of the group I have and I can’t wait to help them achieve their crazy cowgirl dreams🐎

Last night I took Madeline (My traveling partner) and Madi (One of my lesson girls) to the Lincoln County Fairgrounds for the youth show!

Madeline and Sis did great in all their classes and tried their hardest! They won 6th in Plug!

Madi and Raviani (Rav) did so good for their first western show! I’m so happy this team got to go to this show and they did so good. They placed 5th in the water class!

So proud of these girls and their hard work really showed last night!

Me and a little buddy got to go to a barrel race this weekend! Her first three day show and we of course had to go all out so everyone got ✨glitter✨

It was so fun watching and helping another little girl find her love for this sport. She’s already hooked so now I guess I have gained a traveling buddy for the summer 😂

I still have some spots open for horse lessons Monday-Thursday. They are filling up fast so get in while you can!!

I also have two spots for training horses open!
