This was my first client that I signed that literally made me a trainer.

And here we are, two years later. 🥹

At age 57, she’s dropped 55 lbs and went from a 3XL to an XL.

She started in person to learn the ropes, and now she’s on her own, thriving in the gym, deadlifting 135 lbs on her own and such 😭💪🏾

She’s taught me everything about being a coach: that it happens inside AND outside of the gym, and that being a coach means growing myself so that I can be there for you to grow.

This trainer/client relationship has been one for the books, and I’m thankful for it. ❤️

Next goal: drop 10 more lbs and get down to a size Large!!

Hair loss with HRT is something I honestly didn’t think much about before I started. I used to have a FULL head of hair, so I never could’ve pictured myself without it. But now? I honestly prefer not having hair. 🤷🏾‍♂️

So if you’re pre-T and worried you won’t like yourself without hair… you really don’t know until you try. 🙂

If your triceps aren’t growing, try this after your compound work:

Isolate them with cables, superset for intensity, then finish with pump sets until they’re fully smoked 💨
