I love supporting local businesses, and I have to give a shoutout to Yolonda's ! A few of my clients were talking about her restaurant in class recently and after looking over her page, I knew I absolutely had to try the Pancit meal. It was AMAZING! The noodles were light, and the seasoning was perfect! Not salty and overall delicious flavors. 10/10 recommend!

Another great visit in Loogootee yesterday! Tomorrow morning I will be visiting my friends at the Rose House in Odon, and in the evening I will be at the Shoals library at 5 PM for the first time!

Also, this week we have openings in spin for Tuesday night at 6:30 PM, Wednesday 5 PM, and Friday 8:30 AM. Women’s strength class schedule is pinned to the top of this page and no sign-ups required for this. Excited to kick off another busy week at SRF! Come join us!

Thank you McCracken Curve Distillery for hosting our staff for a private tasting and tour. Unfortunately not everyone could attend, but we will definitely be back! It’s a pretty cool place right here in Montgomery.

They’re here!!! Excited to add this to Monday night’s Sculpt & Sweat class!  I almost have the October schedule finalized. But I do have a question! Would a 4 PM Monday class time work for anyone?  Just seeing about possibly adding a different class time besides the ones I offer now.
