The more time I spend on nutrition the more progress I make towards my goal. Each sport has a specific fueling need and it takes time to determine what specifically works for me. The longer the distance the more critical my fueling plan becomes. In the upcoming months I will focus on eating good carbohydrates, high-quality proteins and increasing my water intake.
