MAYmo has come and gone… and technically, nobody won the Mobility Challenge.

But it got me thinking, what does “winning” really mean?

Back in February, we started a Cardio Challenge. While most challenges fade away, Nicole kept going. She’s continued completing her cardio sessions 3x per week ever since.

That’s over 3 months of consistency!

This month’s Lifestyle Champion award goes to Nicole for turning a challenge into a habit. Because the real goal isn’t to win a challenge, it’s to build a lifestyle that lasts.
