West Texas Dirt Devil Nation could not be prouder of this 10U team!

For the past two years, these athletes have worked relentlessly to improve their skills, strengthen their teamwork, develop leadership, and become better competitors—and the results continue to speak for themselves. For the second year in a row, this team has earned the #1 ranking!

We understand that not everyone will support what we are building. Some will criticize our standards, question our methods, or try to tear down our organization. That is okay. We are not here to win everyone’s approval—we are here to develop young athletes, teach accountability, and push these boys to become the best players, teammates, and young men they can be.

While others talk, our athletes keep working. While others doubt, they keep proving themselves. Rankings are earned, not given—and as they say, the proof is in the pudding.

Congratulations, boys! Stay humble, stay hungry, and keep working. The mission is far from finished. 😈⚾🔥

⚾🔥 HEAD COACHES & PLAYERS WANTED! 🔥⚾

The West Texas Dirt Devils are expanding! We are searching for dedicated head coaches to lead our new 7U and 8U baseball teams for the Spring 2027 season.

Throughout the remainder of this fall, our athletes will focus on building strong fundamentals, developing confidence, learning the game, and preparing to compete in the spring.

We are looking for head coaches who:

⚾ Love teaching and developing young athletes
⚾ Lead with patience, energy, and accountability
⚾ Believe in effort, teamwork, and character
⚾ Want to help build something special from the ground up

We are also accepting players for both teams! If you have a 7U or 8U athlete who is ready to learn, work hard, and become part of the Dirt Devils family, message us today. Roster spots are limited and expected to fill quickly!

West Texas Dirt Devils 10U AA are the CHAMPS of the gold bracket🥇

These boys went 4-0 on the weekend and battled through an absolutely beautiful championship game.
6 full innings. Huge competition. All the energy.

Huge thank you to the West Texas Legends 10U AAA. You boys showed up ready to play and killed it on the baseball field 🤝🏼
