I charge $59/month and earn more per hour than when I charged $300.

Here's how.

Most coaches are chasing the same 5% of people. Wealthy. Motivated. Already disciplined. Meanwhile millions of normal people who just need help staying consistent can't find an affordable coach.

So I stopped chasing that market.

Daily check-ins. Real conversations. People going from zero to one. Under an hour of work a day.

If you're a trainer who thinks accountability is the real product, DM me the word UPLIFT.

Reduce the cost. Double the income.

If you're an online coach, you already know the grind:
→ You became a marketing director, not a coach
→ You're fighting 10,000 other coaches for the same 3 clients (jacked, obsessed, or rich)
→ You're pricing out 90% of the people who actually need your help

The truth nobody wants to say: most clients aren't paying for programs. They're paying for accountability. One meaningful check-in a day can 3x your retention

But you can't deliver that to 50 clients without burning out. So coaches cap their roster, jack up prices, and leave everyone else behind.

I built a different system.

AI agents help me, but I retain the relationship with my clients. They pull context across workouts, messages, goals, mood and draft reply options in my voice. I edit, I send. 5 minutes becomes 5 seconds. The relationship stays real. No bots talking to my clients.

Result: I charge less than half of my competition but I earn double. More clients served. Lower price point. Higher income.

3 months since this ad.

What I know now even more than when I recorded it is this:

People going from 0 to 1 in their fitness journey are not looking for some ultra custom spreadsheet.

They want to be seen. They want to be heard. They want accountability to their future selves, in the moment. .

That is the part most coaching misses.

The workout is rarely the real problem. The real problem is what happens in the quite times when no one is their to notice when you quit.

That is why I coach the way I do.

Not handing you a plan and checking in next week. Not leaving you alone to figure it out once real life hits.

What I have learned is that the people who make progress are usually not the ones with the most perfect plan. They are the ones who show up day after day. I help with that.

A few months ago I ran this ad with a pretty simple thesis: People do not pay for coaching just to get a workout. They pay for accountability.

Since then, that belief has only gotten stronger.

What I’ve learned is that most people do not need more programming, more macros plans, or a prettier PDF. They need someone in their corner consistently. Someone who notices when they’re off. Someone who adjusts to real life. Someone who helps them build momentum before motivation shows up.

That is the real offering.

The hard part is that true connection does not scale well, which is why most coaching either gets expensive fast or becomes low touch and generic. I became obsessed with solving that problem.

How do you connect 1:1 every day without charging a fortune?

That question has shaped everything I’m building.

This ad was an early version of that idea.

Now I understand the problem much better.

Workout plans matter.

But accountability is what gets people to actually follow them.

They told us coding was the safe path. Then AI hit, layoffs started, and the rules changed.

But engineering gave me something more valuable than code. It taught me how to build systems, find bottlenecks, and fix broken processes.

When I looked at online coaching, I saw an industry full of high prices, low touch support, cookie cutter plans, and weak accountability. So I rebuilt the model from the ground up.

More check-ins. More personalization. More real-time adjustments. Less fluff. Less wasted time. Better results.

Most coaches sell access.
I built a system that actually coaches.

Coaching designed for real life. DM me to start.

I used to debug code. Now I debug fitness plans.
As a dev turned trainer, I can't stop seeing patterns. And the biggest one: fat loss doesn't need to look like suffering.
Most people brute force it. More cardio, more restriction, more misery. That's like rewriting an entire codebase to fix one bug.

The actual hack is stupidly simple:

250 cal deficit (not 500)
3x/week lifting, 30-40 min
8,000 steps a day

One of my clients is doing zero cardio. She lifts 3x a week and recently started going onsite for work, which bumped her steps up. Half a pound lost per week for five straight weeks. And she's gaining muscle.

Engineers find the simplest solution that works. Fitness is no different. Remove the noise, let the system run.
Simple works. You just have to let it.

Longer video today, but this is one of the biggest things I’ve learned since I started coaching in June.

I’ve worked with 39+ clients, and the biggest results almost never come from the most complicated plan. They usually come from doing a few simple things well: 8k steps, 7 hours of sleep, and tracking meals a few times a week.

That’s what builds awareness. Awareness builds momentum. And momentum is usually what changes everything.

BJJ forces you to interface with defeat in a way most people in modern society never do.

Most people today are protected from real loss. They can barely tolerate disagreement, let alone failure. The second something cuts against their self-image, they explain it away, blame the circumstances, or retreat into comfort. Very few people voluntarily put themselves in situations where the truth is undeniable.

Jiu jitsu gives you that truth whether you want it or not.

This gold means more to me because it came on my 4th competition attempt. In my first ever tournament, I got submitted in the first round in front of my family and friends. I let the adrenaline get the best of me. I panicked. I quit.

I kept competing not because I am trying to be a pro, but because I needed to prove to myself that I could face that rush again, master it, and still perform.

That mattered to me far beyond sport. It mattered to me as an athlete, as a coach, as a professional, as a family member, and as a leader. Because pressure reveals what is actually there. And if you cannot stay composed when everything in you wants to fold, then eventually that weakness will show up somewhere else in your life too.

Nobody was ever accountable to a green digital owl.
And no one is accountable to an influencer with a million followers.

Apps, notifications, streaks, and content creators make big promises.
But when motivation drops, there’s no one on the other side.

That’s why most plans don’t stick.
No conversation. No context. No real accountability.

So I’m doing it differently.
Real human to human support.
1:1. Real time. Actual coaching.
