Two quick things. What Now? is now in paperback on Amazon, ready to hold or to gift to a friend at her own crossroads.
And if you have read the ebook, an honest review on Amazon helps this book find the women who need it most.
I wrote "What Now?" because I have stood where so many women are standing now, wondering what comes next after a chapter ends.
Naming where you are is the first step to choosing where you're
going. This book can help with that and point you toward what might be the next most helpful step.

You don't need a five-year plan today. You need one honest answer: where am I, right now?
Not where you were. Not where you think you should be. Just, where you actually are.
Once you name it, you can see it. And once you can see it, you can choose your next move instead of guessing in the dark.
Curious which of the four “what now?” archetypes fits you, the Wanderer, the Rebuilder, the Awakener, or the Pathfinder? Take the assessment in my new book "What Now?". Three minutes, and it meets you exactly where you are.
P.S. My book, "What Now?", is officially live on Amazon right now as a $0.99 ebook. Grab a copy, and if it speaks to you, a quick review would mean the world. (Link in the first comment)
Thank you to everyone who has already downloaded my ebook "What Now?"
Something ended. Even if you chose it. Even if it was right. Even if you know, logically, it was time.
Grief doesn't check whether you agreed with the decision.
Maybe it was a marriage. A job you used to love. A version of your family that doesn't exist anymore. A dream you quietly let go of.
You can feel steady and heartbroken in the same breath, and that isn't a contradiction — it's just what closing a chapter actually feels like.
Grieving the chapter that closed is part of building the one that opens next, not a detour from it.
If you're standing in that in-between place right now, this book is for you.
I created 4 archetypes that describe where most women are standing when going through a transition. A short assessment, included with the book, will help you identify which archetype you are at this moment in time.

I wrote this book for women who sense that something in their lives has shifted, but they aren’t yet sure what comes next.
For a limited time, the Kindle edition is just 99¢. It is also available to read through Kindle Unlimited.
Purchasing or reading the book this week would be a wonderful way to support its launch and help more women discover it.
And after you’ve read it, an honest Amazon review is always appreciated, but never expected.

There was a time you knew your own mind without having to ask five people first.
Somewhere between managing everyone else's needs and second-guessing your own, that instinct got quiet. That doesn't mean it's gone — it means it's out of practice.
Self-trust comes back the same way it left: little by little, one honest decision at a time. My free assessment can help you name where you're standing and the one small step that tends to help rebuild it fastest.
Comment “WHAT NOW” and I'll send it your way.
You might be The Wanderer if the life you've been living is changing, but you don't yet have a clear vision of where you are heading. Maybe that openness feels more like fog than freedom.
You're not feeling unmoored because something is wrong with you, no one teaches us how to read an open horizon. When our lives change, we can feel adrift and rush to fill the void with a hobby or running errands we don't really need to be running.
Take the free WHAT NOW? Assessment to discover which of the four archetypes fit where you are now, and what might be you best next step.
Comment "What Now?" or send me a DM and I'll send you the link to the assessment.
So... what now?
It is the question almost no one says out loud, and the one so many women carry quietly. When something shifts, a divorce, an empty house, a career that no longer fits, a loss, or no reason you can name, you are not lost. You are in transition.
And most women in transition are standing in one of four places:
The Wanderer. The old structure is gone and nothing has replaced it yet.
The Rebuilder. Something ended, and you are starting over on ground that moved.
The Pathfinder. You are steadier now and ready to move, you just need a plan.
The Awakener. Life looks fine from the outside, but something in you is stirring.
Which one feels like you right now?
Naming where you are is the first step to finding your next move, and my free What Now? Assessment helps you do exactly that in just a few quiet minutes.
Take it now. Here's the link:

When the ground shifts, women tend to land in one of four places. Which one is you right now?
◦ The Wanderer — the old structure is gone and nothing has filled it yet. The horizon feels more like fog than freedom.
◦ The Rebuilder — something ended, and you’re rebuilding on ground that moved. The worry is practical and real.
◦ The Pathfinder — you’re steadier now, you know the direction you want, and you’re ready to move.
◦ The Awakener — life looks fine from the outside, but something in you is stirring and won’t be ignored.
There’s no wrong answer, and it’s completely normal to move between them. Naming where you are is how you start choosing what comes next.
Curious which one you are? My free What Now? Assessment tells you, plus the next move that helps most from there.

For a long time, I thought I was fighting to keep my job.
Looking back, I realize I was fighting to stay in a place I had already outgrown.
I liked my salary.
I liked the security.
And I had spent years building my reputation and proving my value.
So when my responsibilities slowly started changing and pieces of my role began moving in a different direction, I did what many people do…
I worked harder.
I thought, “If I can just prove my value, things will change.”
But my value was never the issue.
The company was evolving. The direction was changing. And the future they were creating no longer included the role I had been holding onto.
It took me time to recognize that I wasn’t failing.
I was trying to make myself fit into a position that no longer fit who I had become.
As difficult as that season was, it gave me something I hadn’t been willing to give myself…
Permission.
Permission to stop trying to fit into a role I had outgrown and fully step into the work I was meant to do.
That experience gave me the freedom to become a full-time coach instead of continuing to coach only in the margins of my life.
Sometimes the ending of one chapter is the space we need to begin the next one.
So I’ll leave you with this question:
What have you outgrown that you’re still trying to make fit?
