Still competing at 70 👇
Most guys accept the decline.
They blame the back. Blame the knees. Buy a new driver and play from the forward tees.
My 70-year-old clients are beating men 15 years younger. Not because they got lucky. Because they decided in their 50s that the game was worth protecting.
These guys are still working. Still raising grandkids. Still showing up to the gym.
That’s what separates them.
If you want to see the exact routine I use with my clients to keep them competitive at any age, comment BUILT below and I’ll send you the video.

The front of your core gets all the attention. 👇
And the back side is what’s actually holding your swing together.
Your deep stabilizers control your spine through every degree of your rotation. They keep your pelvis anchored while your upper body unwinds at full speed.
When they’re undertrained your swing leaks power. Your back hurts after 18. You lose speed when you try to swing harder instead of gaining it.
No amount of crunches fixes that.
Train the back side of your core with intention and your swing has a foundation to actually work from.
These three movements are where you start.

You’ve done the work. 👇
Planks. Crunches. Every core exercise your instructor recommended.
And your back still hurts on the back nine. Your swing still breaks down under pressure. Your hips still won’t fire the way they should.
The problem isn’t effort. It’s the wrong training stimulus.
Most core programs are built for general fitness. They are not built for the rotational demands of a golf swing at speed.
Your core needs to stabilize under load. Brace through rotation. Transfer force without leaking power at impact.
That requires a completely different approach than what you’ve been doing.
These three movements are where you start.

You’ve never trained your wrists. 👇
Your wrists control your clubface.
Your clubface controls every shot you hit.
Extension loads the club at the top. Flexion squares the face through impact. Pronation generates speed. Supination controls the release.
Four movements. Most golfers can’t do all of them with any real control.
That’s why your ball flight is inconsistent. Not your grip. Not your stance.
