TEN years ago today I picked up a weight for the first time and have quite literally never put them back down since 🤣

10 years, 2 kids, a whole lot of PRs and my fair share of setbacks later, walking into that gym in 2016 is still one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Blessed to be able to share the knowledge & growth I’ve gained throughout my own journey through my career every single day.

Here’s to the next 10 years of gainzz 💙
