For the last several months, I’ve had my head down.
Building. Strategizing. Creating programs. Growing revenue. Developing operations. Leading sales. Building community. And doing everything I can to help make D**k & Dine one of the premier pickleball destinations in the Phoenix area.
As Director of Pickleball Sales, Operations & Coaching, my role has grown into so much more than just what happens on the court — and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve been building.I really love coaching.
Not that the passion ever went away. I’ve continued to coach throughout all of this, but building the business side of pickleball has required a lot of my focus.
And now I’m ready to turn the coaching volume back up. 🎾🔥
My pickleball journey really started teaching players on the courts at Horizon. From there, coaching took me to JW Marriott Desert Ridge, Victorium, hundreds of players along the way, and ultimately to where I am today at D**k & Dine.
Every stop taught me something different.
About players.
About people.
About programming.
About building community.
And about what makes someone fall in love with this game.
Last night I had the opportunity to really get back into that coaching zone again, and it reignited something in me. That feeling of watching a player finally understand a shot, seeing their confidence change, helping someone find the next level in their game — that is still one of my favorite parts of pickleball.
So this is a little update…and maybe a little announcement.
I’m ready to ramp up my coaching again at D**k & Dine.
I want to work with beginners picking up a paddle for the first time, recreational players wanting to become more confident, and competitive players ready to seriously elevate their game.
And I’m also looking for great coaches who want to grow alongside me as we continue building our coaching programs and pickleball community at D**k & Dine.
I’ve spent a lot of time building the infrastructure behind the scenes.
Now I’m excited to spend even more time back where this whole journey started:
On the court. Paddle in hand. Helping people get better.
