Finding Your Lane with Toshia Lane

Your prophetic posture as a leading kingdom woman in the marketplace shouldn’t be facing giants in your own strength, but in the strength of our Lord.☝️🏾

I learned this from my business coach last week.

(That’s right… Kingdom coaches have coaches too.)

One thing she said that really stayed with me was:

“We don’t work harder. We work higher.” ✨

That statement gave me a fresh revelation.

I already know that building a Kingdom business involves spiritual warfare. But sometimes, even when we know something, we need to be reminded.

I found myself asking,

“Why can I trust God with every other area of my life, but forget to trust Him with building my brand in the marketplace without burnout?”

That’s when the Holy Spirit reminded me:

Building a Kingdom business is spiritual too.

Sometimes we separate our business from our faith, when in reality, Heaven wants to be involved in both.

Kingdom women, content creators, speakers, coaches, and entrepreneurs—we can’t afford to put our supernatural power on the back burner.

The marketplace is moving fast. Trends change daily. Opportunities come and go. But when you’re aligned with Heaven, you don’t have to chase everything.

God gives us wisdom, strategy, discernment, and direction for the assignments He has already prepared for me.

So yes… pray without ceasing.

Yes… keep learning.

Yes… keep showing up.

But don’t forget to do the work.

We don’t work harder.

We work higher.

Alignment elevates everything.

Alignment is authority. And your lane is waiting.

Stay close.

There is no time wasted.✨

Every moment and every step you take forward in building your dreams counts.

You survived the ups and downs.

Your tests, trials, and temptations. Even the ones you’ve failed in have become your war scars that prove you’re worthy of any prophetic assignment God has for you.

They have been strategically done to work out for your good.

They are ordered steps by God and acts of obedience, proving that one day you’ll look back and see that you’ve created a divine blueprint that many others will use in the days ahead.

If you are a highly anointed, intellectual woman, and a gifted individual with this, you see yourself as behind or being too late after 40.

But, out of the lens of God, you’re right on time to unlock new opportunities to build wealth.

Why?

Because now you’re wiser and have the experience along with the stories you can tell that puts you ahead and a master leader in your own Lane.

When God Speaks, Are You in the Room? A Saturday evening read for the woman who keeps wondering why heaven feels silent

Kingdom woman, stop rushing your process based on what you see happening for everyone else in the marketplace.

Allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you — in your ministry, your calling, and your business.

Here’s why this matters:

When you compare your lane to someone else’s, you risk skipping over moments in your process that you can never get back. And those moments? They’re not filler. They’re formation.

Most people won’t tell you this side of answering your calling — but it’s real.

Where you have not been tested in your healing, you cannot be trusted with the assignment on the other side of it.

Your process isn’t punishment. It’s preparation.

It’s birthing the very steps you’ll need to help someone else get to their other side.

This is why inner healing work is not optional for the prophetic woman.

Because an unhealed past will arrest you in the very place you’re supposed to be flowing in your milk and honey.

You’ll be assigned there but not free there.
And there’s a difference.
