We did it! Our Large Teams Training officially launched with the incredible team at Baptist Hospital! 💙

Today was so special to us and truly a tremendous honor.

As many hospital visits as I’ve experienced over the years, I’ve rarely had the opportunity to truly see and know the people behind the badges and scrubs—the human beings who show up every day to care for others.

Today, we got to do just that.

We talked about trust, communication, connection, and the small moments that shape how teams experience one another. We laughed, reflected, shared, and learned together—and walked away reminded that strong teams are built when people are willing to truly see one another.

A heartfelt thank you to Nurse Manager Britni and Dr. Randolph for trusting Dr. Kelly and me with your team and giving us the opportunity to do work that means so much to us.

And Dr. Randolph, please know: y’all are building something beautiful. The people in that room today made that abundantly clear.

Grateful. Humbled. Energized. And so excited for what’s ahead.
