What an amazing season for these group of boys. Finished the season 21-12-1. Won the PAC 12 division in CVBA. Played in some really tough tournaments and did well. But it goes beyond the field. It’s not about the wins and loses. It’s about the growth in their game, it’s about the brotherhood that developed throughout the year, it’s about learning from the failure and celebrating the success. These boys truly showed the bulldog spirit. Congratulations on a great season!!! Go Bulldogs! Focus, Fight, Family!

What an amazing job by your bulldogs by shutting out the Lakewood Rangers 14-0 in the final game of League play. With that the Bulldogs finished in 1st place in their division!! 🎉🎉🎉.

This was another great team win and really shows how far the boys have come throughout the year. The defense and pitching we absolutely on point in this game giving up only 1 hit, 2 walks and striking out 12. Caden started on the mound and set the pace as Kaiden and Hunter came in relief. The offense had 19 hits in the game with Liam, Jace, Aaron, Brock, Caden, James and Calvin all having a multi hit game. Congratulations to Jace and Kaiden for winning offensive and defensive players of the game. What an amazing job this year by your Bulldogs.

The final games of the season will be this weekend as the boys go into the end of year league tournament. First game will be Saturday at 6pm at Mooney Park in Brunswick.

Wednesday nights game did not disappoint as the Bulldogs probably played one of the best games they have played all season as they beat Olmsted Falls 17-1. The boys caught popups, fielded ground balls cleanly, our RF (Nate) threw a kid out at First base, a great relay from Nate to Lincoln to Aaron to throw a kid out at home, Aaron threw out a runner stealing second with a great pick and tag by Calvin, and all the boys absolutely crushed the ball at the plate. Bulldogs had 5 pitchers throw over 5 innings allowing only 4 hits, with Calvin, Aaron, Brock, Colton, and James. Caden had himself a night almost hitting for cycle, just a HR away, going 3 for 3 with 3 RBIs. Nate, Hunter, Aaron, Calvin and James also had a multi-hit game. Congrats to Caden and Aaron for winning offensive and defensive players of the game. As the season starts to come to close, we start to take inventory on the growth of this team and players. The hard work, the focus, the fun, and the love for one another truly shows with this team. Only 1 more league game left on tueaday and then end of year tournament! Focus, Fight, Family! Go Bulldogs. On Monday the bulldogs brought home another league win against the Brunswick Bombers. The bulldogs scored 16 runs on 12 hits with 3 players having multi hit games in Calvin, James and Aaron. On the mound Kiaden started giving up only 2 hits and had 2 Ks in 2 innings. Lincoln and Liam came on in relief only giving up 1 more hit and striking out 5 during the game. The bulldogs continued their great run within league play. Congratulations on Liam and Aaron for winning defensive and offensive player of the game. MAC Sports

Saturday morning the bulldogs took a tough loss to Three Outs Academy Pruden losing 3-2. Caden started for the bulldogs and proceeded to get 6 straight outs being perfect through 2. Overall Caden pitched 3 and 2/3rds striking out 6 and only giving up 2 runs. Hunter came in relief throwing 1 and 1/3rd striking out 4. Calvin had a great day at the plate going 2-3 with a double and triple, while Liam hit a shot in the 5th and scored to tie the game up. Congrats to Caden and Calvin for winning the defensive and offensive player of the game. The bulldogs will look to bounce back on Monday against the Brunswick Bombers at Valley City Field.

This week the bulldogs continued to stay hot in league play. On Tuesday they took on String 9u Knapp and came away with the victory. They had 11 hits and scored 13 runs, with Caden and Colton having 3 hits a piece. On the mound the success continued as Calvin went 3 and 2/3rd striking out 6 with Kaiden coming in relief for 2 and 1/3rd striking out another 2. On Wednesday the Avon Wild Things came to town. The Bulldogs bats continued to stay hot raking up 14 hits and 12 runs. Calvin, Kaiden, Hunter, and Nathan all had 2 hits, while Lincoln also drove in 2 runs. Colton started out the game going 4 strong with James coming in the finish it out. The defense played exceptional and both games were all around team wins. Next up the Bulldogs will travel out to Avon on Saturday to play Three Outs Academy. Congratulations to Caden and Kaiden for winning defensive and offensive player of the games vs. Sting. The Bulldogs went on the road to play Impact Baseball club last night and came back with the W. Right from the start the bulldogs came out hot putting 3 runs up in the first inning behind hits from James, Caden and Jace. Then Calvin took the hill and proceed to shut down the Impact bats going 3 strong innings, not giving up a hit and striking out 7 with an absolutely dominate performance. The bulldogs continued to hit and have good ABs compiling 14 hits, 13 walks and scoring 17 runs. James, Kaiden, Brock, and Caden all ended up with Multiple hits. Hunter and Jace came on in relief to solidify the victory for the bulldogs. Congratulations to Lincoln and Brock for winning offensive and defensive MVP, with a big honorable mention to Calvin. The Bulldogs will be heading up to Lakewood tonight for another league game. Go Bulldogs! MAC Sports

Over the weekend the Bulldogs went 1-2 in tournament play. In game 2 they played a very tough Scarlet Cats team and had the winning run at the plate in the bottom of the 7th. However, they couldn't end up pulling it off and lost 8-6. In the 3rd game they bats came alive and they tallied up 21 hits with 7 players having a multi-hit game, James, Kaiden, Aaron, Calvin, Jace, Caden and Colton. On the mound in game 3 they only gave up 1 hit behind James, Lincoln and Jace. They ended up winning 23-8. This week they took a tough loss to the Highland Hornets Green 5-7 on Tuesday and then last night they got the W scoring 31 runs against the Bombers. Congrats to all our defensive and offensive players of the games Calvin, Caden, Brock, James and Hunter. Next up we take on the Sting 9u Knapp at Valley City field on Saturday. MAC Sports
