If you want to build an elite program and truly create opportunities for girls, you have to be willing to look beyond today. You have to build for the future. 🐯💪

Right now, we’re putting in the work.

🏋️‍♀️ Three days a week of strength training.
🏈 One day of throwing and route running before lifting.
⚡️ In October, we’ll add one day of speed training before lifting.

But the most exciting part isn’t the schedule—it’s the buy-in.

These girls are showing up. They’re working. They’re pushing themselves. They’re learning that success doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through consistency, discipline, accountability, and a willingness to do the work when nobody is watching.

We aren’t just preparing them for a season.

We are building something bigger.

We’re building strong athletes.
We’re building confident young women.
We’re creating opportunities.
And we’re laying the foundation for an elite program that will continue to grow for years to come.

Come spring, these Tigers are going to be stronger, faster, more confident, and ready to compete. 🐯🔥
