Good to see old friends

It’s one thing. When Andre Galvao recognize you. But it is another thing when he calls you by name. I showed him who is my brother friend and master. And he recognized GJR. We started talking about master Wilson. And then he stared talking about Jamelao. You my friends are on the map. In fact the one of the owners of atos Atlanta is from central vitoria. I left all my gi’s in Brazil. The training here is different but similar. And guess what. I can understand it all. It in English. This is the first place that I was looking to train. It is a way from the metro Atlanta. But man was I fired up. Seeing moves after moves. Technique after technique not just from him but from Bruno Frazatto. Theirs more. O their is a whole lot more to talk about. Vitoria,Master Juninho. Jamelao your on the map. All the fighters from vitoria. They see who you are.

Andre Galvao. The wisdom of this man. The things that I am experiencing since I been back. Has been painful and exciting at the same time. I attended Andre Galvao seminar without a gi. I watched in amazement as the attention to detail. And the wisdom from his life experiences moved and touched me. As it resonates to a part of my life. The selflessness of his teachings. The selflessness of the masters, teachers and friends. Is molding me to be a better version. Thanks to all.
