Your trolley is not covered by “a warranty.”

It is covered by several.

Chassis → the OEM dealer.
Body → the company that built the passenger box.

A/C, wheelchair lift, and other major parts → their own manufacturers, their own rules.

Take it to the wrong shop and they fix it anyway, that bill is yours.

Skip approval and repair it yourself, you generally will not get reimbursed.

Warranty only pays the approved shop, for the approved work.

Save this.

Send it to whoever answers the phone when the vehicle is down.

Every Safari Tram starts with a question most people never think to ask: Which chassis?

Ford. Chevrolet. Ram.

The customer chooses based on the dealer network they trust, parts availability in their region, and service relationships built over years.

We build the Safari around that decision. Four-wheel drive comes standard, with body lengths from 12 to 24 feet and custom theming designed for the property.
