Thank you to every Centurion who came out future future Centurions, current players, and alumni spanning over a decade of our program. Seeing generations of players share the field together was a powerful reminder that being a Centurion is about more than football.

The son of NFL MVP Shaun Alexander wasn't allowed to play football in Virginia's public schools, just because he's homeschooled. He's not alone.

More than 66,000 children in VA are homeschooled, and they face a longstanding barrier: they are blocked from public school athletic teams even though their parents still pay taxes used by public schools.

"You can't play public school sports while you're homeschooled. You have to go to the public school. So, I couldn't play football," said player Joseph Alexander. Now, his dad has come up with a program offering an alternative, combining football, faith, and education to give these athletes a chance to play.
