Just had the pleasure of delivering the 2-day version of The Smart Negotiator to Lockheed Martin RMS Program Managers in Moorestown. They were a very impressive group of future leaders of this company. Thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. Looking forward to working with them again in 2027.

Just delivered the second of three sessions of The Smart Negotiator to the Program Management Institute at Lockheed Martin's Center for Leadership Excellence. It is my favorite group to work with. Always so sharp and engaging. We had participants from Australia, the DAU as well as LMCO from across the country. Looking forward to the final session of 2026 in October.

Last week we had the opportunity to deliver The Smart Negotiator to the PMDP group of Lockheed Martin Space Business Unit in Littleton, CO. Through the years we have not done much work with Space, and it was a very enjoyable experience. An absolute pleasure and we look forward to working with this group in 2027.

Had a wonderful session of The Smart Negotiator with participants in the Program Mangement Institute at the Center for Leadership Excellence for Lockheed Martin yesterday. Very good group as always. Looking forward to the next one in August.

We delivered The Smart Negotiator this week to Program Managers at Lockheed Martin RMS in Moorestown, NJ. They brought a lot to the table and worked very hard for two days. Navigating through some very complex situations with a great deal of skill while staying focused on the learning mission. We have another group from LMCO RMS this summer and the bar has been raised by this group. Truely an absolute pleasure to work with.

Finished the 2025 training year out with the 2-day version of The Smart Negotiator delivered to LMCO Space Business Unit in Colorado. The class was filled with diverse functions including capture managers, program managers, contract administrators and supply chain professionals. These folks were a breath of fresh air and very easy to work with. A very enjoyable experience had by all. Looking forward to working with this group again in 2026.

Delivered the 1-day Advanced session of The Smart Negotiator to the supply chain group at Cirrus Aircraft. This was a new client for bc&j solutions, LLC this year. We appreciated the opportunity and look forward to 2026. Special thanks to Joe & Melissa for making this happen.

This has always been my favorite group to work with, and they did not disappoint. Full effort great questions and a few laughs.
