Just over a month removed from the Canaan classic!

The Pals battled some tough teams all weekend and made it to the championship, ultimately losing to North Country. Another great run by the boys, some big time wins against great pitching, once again 2nd place is not what we shoot for, but we are proud of our performance. In one calendar year we have ascended to the top of the modified circuit battling for the championship in every tournament, we now will be heading to Hillsborough, NH. Where we will defend the Dawg title against our rivals from NH.

The Canaan Classic — 10-Man Modified Softball Tournament — is set with 20 teams ready to battle it out August 7–9! ⚾

Big weekend for the Pals Tourney team, made the trip up to Keene, Nh. For the Elm City classic!
20 teams from Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Mass.

We came up short of our goal, lost in the championship “IF” game 5-1 to an absolutely stud filled North Country team, hats off to those boys.

2nd place out of 20, faced great line ups and excellent if not great pitchers all weekend!

We never shoot for 2nd place, but I am beyond proud of our guys. 7 games in total, 3-0 on Saturday … 2-2 on Sunday! We battled from start to finish and made a name for ourselves.
