With Churchill Downs – I just got recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉

Burnham Square --owned by Whitham Thoroughbreds makes his second start of this spring meet, in the Chorley Stakes at Churchill Downs on the turf this Saturday, June 13, 2026. The son of Liam's Map will be dropping back in distance to a mile & 3/16ths as the 2/5 morning line favorite. The 4 year old gelding is coming in off a win earlier in May in the Louisville Stakes G3T.

That's 4yr gelding Burnham Square in the Winner's Circle after winning the Louisville Stakes G3T on Saturday night May 18th, 2026 under the lights at Churchill Downs! Trained by Ian Wilkes, he was ridden to victory by regular rider Brian Hernandez, Jr and put in another impressive turf win on the Matt Winn turf course at a mile a half. He is truly a marathon turf horse who relishes the distance.
