I'm a certified product ju**ie.

Over the years, I've tried countless wellness, nutrition, skincare, and fitness products. Some were amazing... many were a complete waste of money.

As I've gotten older (and hopefully a little wiser), I've become much more selective about what I buy.

If a product makes this list, it's because I've personally used it consistently for at least a year—not just because it was trending on social media.

These are products that I continue to purchase because they genuinely help me feel better, recover better, perform better, or simplify my life.

I don't recommend products because they're popular.

I recommend products because they've earned a permanent spot in my routine.

Don't Waste Your Money! The Supplement Marketing Trick Costing Women Hundreds 💸

Not all supplements are created equal... and expensive doesn't automatically mean better.

One of the biggest trends I'm seeing right now is supplements being packaged into convenient gummies and marketed as the "must-have" solution—especially for women.

Here's the problem:

❌ Many gummy supplements don't deliver nutrients as effectively as capsules or powders.
❌ You're often paying 2–5x more for fewer servings.
❌ You're buying convenience and marketing—not necessarily better results.

In this video, I show an example I found in the store:

👉 A gummy supplement that costs about $12 for just 4 servings.

For roughly the same price, you can often buy a 30-day supply of the same ingredients in capsule form with more reliable dosing and better value.

The goal isn't to avoid gummies completely—it's to understand what you're paying for and make informed decisions.

My philosophy is simple:

✔️ Buy quality.
✔️ Buy evidence-based ingredients.
✔️ Don't pay extra for fancy packaging.
