Every week I watch smart business owners open ChatGPT ten times a day and still get nothing they can actually use.
It is not because the tool is broken. It is because nobody ever showed them there is a difference between chatting with AI and building a real system with it.
I used to do the exact same thing. Type a request, get a mediocre answer, quietly rewrite the whole thing myself, then decide AI just was not for my kind of business.
Turns out I was the missing piece, not the software.
Comment WORKSHOP and I'll save you a seat the moment doors open. You'll finally learn how to use AI as a real system for your business, not something you're constantly fighting with.
Just make sure to follow me first 👉🏼 , or Instagram won't let me DM you.

Losing 1,000 followers wasn't the wake up call.
Not having my followers that are English speakers around the world seeing my posts was.
I've known for a while that posting mostly in Portuguese for weeks, after an event in Brazil, changed who Instagram shows my content to. I just hadn't sat down and figured out what to actually do about it, until recently.
Here's the part most people miss. Instagram isn't deciding who follows you forever. Every new post gets tested fresh with a small group first, and how that group responds decides how far it goes. So your account isn't locked into one audience permanently, but the pattern you've fed it recently absolutely shapes who ends up in that test group.
So starting now, I'm rebuilding that pattern on purpose. Different engagement, different signal, no paid ads, done in front of you.
If your reach has felt off lately, this might be part of why. And I'll be sharing the results of the strategies I'll be using so you can borrow it to use on your account.

Celebrating a month since my husband had a major surgery!!! 👊🏼I haven't posted about this until now because I needed to actually live through it first.
My husband had major surgery four weeks ago. Between waking him up to keep him moving, making sure he ate the healing food he didn't want, and being present through a level of pain I'd never seen him in, most of my days belonged to him.
I still showed up for every single client call, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, because that work fulfills me and I refused to let it go. The repositioning strategy, the pricing conversations, the daily messages with founders about showing up authentically, all of that stayed mine.
What I handed off was everything else. The admin. My own content. The parts of running a business that don't need my heart in them, just my attention. AI held that for four weeks so I didn't have to choose between my husband and my clients.
He's recovering wonderfully. My business didn't drop a single ball. And this Wednesday I'm going live, on Instagram and YouTube, to walk through exactly which systems made that possible. More details coming soon.

I started doing something with my clients that's completely changing the way they see their time.
It's not new content, and it's not a new service. It goes back to something that hasn't changed since my newsroom days: I don't touch strategy until I know exactly what's broken in a business first.
That part carried straight through, agency, workshops, mentorship, consulting.
Every version of this work started with the same instinct, ask better questions, find what's actually broken, then build the fix.
What's new is what happens after we find the fix. I've built AI into that process as a system, not a tool, something that runs quietly in the background and speeds up everything that comes next.
It's handling the parts that used to eat an entire afternoon, drafting, organizing, keeping the follow through moving even when nobody's actively thinking about it.
My clients are getting hours back every week they used to spend on ex*****on. And honestly, so am I, the same system that speeds up their business speeds up mine.
If you're curious how an AI system like this could work inside your business, comment AI below and I'll walk you through exactly how it works.

Everyone's telling you to hire your way to growth. That advice is outdated.
Most business owners hire a social media manager or a virtual assistant for the exact same reason: content isn't happening consistently and it's costing them visibility. But that's usually the easiest gap to close with a system first, before it turns into a payroll line.
I see business owners hire out of panic, not strategy. They fill a role because the workload feels unbearable, not because they've actually mapped what needs a human and what doesn't.
Before your next hire, ask yourself one question: is this a people problem, or a systems problem?
What's the one task in your business that's eating your time right now? Comment below, I read every one 👇🏼

My new clients this week weren't overwhelmed, if I'm honest, they'd just stopped seeing the point in posting.
Not because they ran out of ideas or time. Because they couldn't point to what any of it was actually doing for their business. No growth to show for it, so why keep showing up.
That's not a content problem. It's what happens when nobody's shown you the connection between what you post and what it's actually supposed to build.
We didn't touch a single AI tool in that session. We just went back to basics: what do you actually help people with, and does anyone reading your posts know that yet.
By the end they weren't just posting again, they understood why they were posting, which is the part that actually keeps you consistent long term.
Some things still take a real conversation to fix, not a prompt.

Posting more was never the strategy. Instagram just made that impossible to ignore.
What nobody talks about is what happens before and after the post.
Before: how do you bring the right people to your feed without spending thousands on ads?
After: what happens when someone finds you, likes what they see, and then disappears because there was no next step waiting for them?
That gap is where most businesses are losing clients they already had in front of them.
The content is not the problem. What surrounds it is.
