When preaching fitness and nutrition you are trying to better people and also advocating for what goes in people’s bodies! This is why integrity is a non negotiable when it comes to the fitness industry!
Unfortunately people can be bought and they start compromising their integrity for a check and then go hide behind what they are promoting is: “better than nothing”.
