On the Move Riders Program connects you to new friends who can teach you about going Metro. On the Move Riders Club has groups throughout Los Angeles County.
Learn from peers who know the ins and outs of getting around on public transportation – then take a test ride together. Club activities are tailored to each group, and can range from group sightseeing trips to one-on-one training for outings to the store, to the doctor or anywhere else you want to go. Our La Verne Club took their maiden voyage today, traveling via Metro Los Angeles to Union Station Los Angeles. The group explored the historical part of the station, East Portal and ended their tour at Metro Headquarters where they lunched in the employee cafe.

Our Weingart Club was on the move this month, traveling via Metro Los Angeles to the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. The club particularly enjoyed the Orcas exhibit and Butterfly Pavilion.
