🔥Meet the Edwards family.
In 2020, Tania Edwards started cooking as “Tiny” out of her house because the neighborhood needed affordable, real Southern food. Fast forward, her son Marcus came home from California to help shut it down — her knees couldn’t take the long hours — and instead decided to grow it.
He learned from his uncle who runs restaurants in NC, built the menu with his mom, and named it all after her nickname. On January 3rd we opened  as the “Chipotle of soul food”: fast, consistent, but made like family.
Our belief is simple. We don’t cut corners. We use quality ingredients, we cook everything fresh, and we make it how we like to eat it. That’s the Tiny’s promise, from our family to yours.🔥
