Having broken AC during a heatwave could send you spiraling, instead I found silver linings (like air mattress porch sleeping ~ enjoying natures sounds and schedule). My practice has helped me stay rooted in gratitude through all the highs and lows of life. It’s a good time to notice our blessings of comfort & convenience.

And if you’re not quite sure what your body needs…release your inhibitions (feel the rain on your skin) and try some techniques - at least you will release some stress, pent up emotions, and maybe feel a true release and reset!

Coming to Descanso tomorrow? Join Monica Percich for a rejuvenating drop-in yoga session on April 18 from 10-11am.

This all-levels practice is rooted in Hatha and Anusara yoga with a focus on breathwork, somatics, and good tunes.

Attendees are encouraged to bring yoga mats.

Meets on the Main Lawn. Free with admission or membership, no event registration required.
