Make Cardio Social. HupSix together. It only takes two people to start an Athletic Heart Social Club. The gear is compact and portable, so you can meet anywhere: your living room, the office, the gym, or community space. All you need is a phone and a partner. Moving in sync and logging your zone minutes together is fun and addictive. Be the first in your area to start a club and see what happens when you make fitness social.
What is HupSix? HupSix transforms two of the most powerful elements of partner dance into a full-body cardio workout: footwork and connection. Our patented gear creates the feeling of moving with a partner while rhythmic audio cues keep you in sync to music that rocks.
The result is a running-level cardio workout that builds agility, coordination, and reaction time.

We assumed HupSix was a low to moderate intensity cardio workout because all ages and fitness levels finish the workout feeling great.
Then we wore a Polar H10 heart rate monitor.
This video shows Round 6 of a HupSix 30 minute workout with the live Polar Flow heart rate display on screen so you can see exactly what happens in real time.
HupSix combines music, timing, coordination, agility, balance, and cardio into one 30-minute workout. It doesn’t feel like running on a treadmill, but the heart rate often reaches vigorous training zones that are associated with improving cardiovascular fitness.
To reach the same heart rate zones on a treadmill, Steph has to run 8 mph at a 1% incline. 🤯
The goal isn’t to burn calories or chase step counts. It’s to spend more time in the heart rate zones that matter while improving your mind/body connection.
If you’ve ever wondered if anything fun can deliver serious cardio, watch the video until the end and see the numbers for yourself.

Is the HupSix Gear Safe? www.hupsix.com
"I got it to supplement my weight training with cardio since I hate a treadmill or stationary bike. HupSix is great. I can do it in a small space and it's engaging and fun. Stephanie has great energy and makes the workouts easy to follow and fly by. I wasn't sure I could keep up, but I'm happy to say my doubts have been put to rest." - Beth S. www.HupSix.com

Aesthetics vs. Athletics
Eric is a baseball player, so he’s already athletic. Strong. Coordinated. In great shape.
What surprised me wasn’t that HupSix was easy for him. It wasn’t.
Like almost everyone who tries it for the first time, HupSix challenged him in a completely different way. Timing. Coordination. Rhythm. Reacting. Learning new movement patterns while keeping his heart rate up.
The fun part was watching him improve. Every workout looked a little smoother, a little faster, and a little more confident.
Looking athletic and being athletic aren’t always the same.
Athleticism is more than strength and endurance. It’s also coordination, reaction time, agility, and the ability to learn new movement.
