Happy Full Moon! The lunar eclipse tonight may have you feeling a little antsy or restless. Walk, run, shake, move your body. Write out your list of all the things you are eager to get to. Take 10 minutes to journal. And / or enjoy this simple Moon Breath exercise!

The August lunar eclipse presents an ending. The eclipse season ends with it, and soon we will transition into a new month. Let’s focus on the journeys we went on during this period, and observe and honor the end of them. So often, we jump into the next thing before we’ve finished the last. There is an art to acknowledging our accomplishments and experiences. Part of the process is paying attention to when it’s complete. Our Tuesday sound bath will set you up to work with this practice for a couple days before Thursday’s eclipse brings up all the emotionality of the process.
