One week into altitude camp in Colorado ⛰️
Jumped into a local trail 10k, lungs still felt cooked (2500m is no joke), and ended up 1st female.
Straight to coffee with my coaches afterwards - lavender lattes and mountain days go incredibly well together 😮💨

What happens in Pazardzhik… you will hear about 🇧🇬
1. Supporting the boys in their qualification round 💚💛 Took a few epic photos of them, but mostly mediocre ones. Luckily I’m a better athlete than photographer 🫡
2. Interval sesh the day after I competed - felt so fired up by all the improvements I want to make and absolutely ripped this session 🎸
3. I love this city. Any place where doggos roam the streets is a 10/10 in my book 🐕
4. View from my apartment. Got my pre-comp meal in with the prettiest backdrop 🍿
5. Getting ready for the first of five disciplines on comp day. I was sh****ng myself 😅
6. Taking my plaits out after the comp. Love how wavy it makes my hair
7. Kidnapped the boys and forced them to get ice cream with me… didn’t take much convincing 🍦
8. Tourist things
9. Kareem convinced me to jump to the second wheel on the OCR course. Love coaches who challenge you to live up to your capabilities 🚀
10. New friends. Best part of sport 🫰
11. Easy run with Pops before watching the women’s semis - keen to put the work in to get there soon 🤜🤛
12. Dean teaches me to manspread. Turns out I’m a natural
13. Found this epic HYROX gym in Plovdiv. Time to lock in for Worlds 👹

Represented Australia in my 4th sport this week 🇦🇺 at the Pazardzhik Modern Pentathlon World Cup 🤺 🏊♀️ 🧗♀️🔫🏃🏽♀️
I first tried it a year ago. Came back for 3 weeks of specific prep in Cairo. Walked into a World Cup and competed against the best in the world.
Didn’t make it past qualifications - but I didn’t come here expecting it to be easy.
I came here to see what happens when you build a HYROX base and drop it into one of the most technical multisport formats in the world.
What happened:
Next day I ran 5.2km of intervals at 3:15/km average. Hit an 800m PB mid-session. Closed strong 3 seconds off my 400m best.
Adaptability isn’t a theory for me anymore -
It’s the experiment.

Send it to your sibling who you regularly embarrass in public with your athletic prowess 😤🫡

I’ve been trying to change how much I let fear of failure dictate my decisions.
For a while I was kind of sitting in between. Training hard, competing, but still holding onto something stable on the side.
A few weeks ago I quit my job, mostly because I realized I was never going to find out what I’m capable of if I kept holding something back.
Last weekend was the first time I felt like I actually showed up all in.
APAC Champion and qualified for the Elite 15 world champs 🇸🇪
I think a lot of people have something they care about that they’re not fully committing to, for pretty valid reasons.
But at some point you have to decide if avoiding failure is worth never really finding out.

Qualified for APAC HYROX Regional Champs 🏎️💨
Watching EMEA + Americas this weekend got me fired up for E15 singles + doubles in just over 2 weeks.
A few key learnings I’ll be taking into race day:
- spitting on the floor is frowned upon
- stay in your lane on the sled pull (new information 😅)
- it’s not over until the penalties come through 🫡
Training harder than ever right now.
Have a personal vendetta against those 3 seconds 😈
