LETS TALK POSTPARTUM FAT LOSS ⤵️⤵️

This client had recently given birth when she signed up with Jovita Lifestyle coaching...

Postpartum clients have to be given a different set of protocols, especially if they are breast-feeding or if they had a C-section.

This client was especially concerned about her diet not affecting milk production... we were able to keep her calorie deficit high so she was able to lose fat and still have proper milk production.

This is such a good example, that every single clients protocols will be completely unique and different... if she was to just enter her height & weight into a calorie calculator online or MFP, the calories given to her could have been way too low and could have impacted her breast feeding.

So proud of this hard working mama and how she's been able to juggle her busy life, a newborn, and the coaching program! 💪🏾💪🏾

ABS. How to get them?

If you have boughten or seen workout programs out there promising ... “Washboard ABS in 30 days”.. “Belly Fat Blaster Workout” ... “Fat Burning Stomach Exercises” .. “30 day 6 pack challenge”... I’m here to give you some hard truth.. They are all bu****it.

There is NO exercise out there that will burn belly fat. You cannot spot reduce fat. Nor does fat loss come from exercise, it comes from your nutrition. The workouts only help build and tone the muscles, not burn the fat.

So how do you get ABS? Short answer: Your Diet. You can do ab workouts all day but if you still have a layer of fat on your midsection you will never be able to see the abs underneath. And the only way to get rid of belly fat is to be in a calorie deficit.

So it boils down to 2 things:
1. Doing exercises to strengthen your core and build up those abdominal muscles
2. Shedding the body fat with a calorie deficit designed for your body.

( #2 being the more important thing)
