There’s something powerful about being in a room full of women who have decided that what society placed on us doesn’t have to determine who we become.

Women learning. Leading. Advocating. Making room. Becoming better versions of themselves and helping make the road a little wider for the women coming behind us. Women from different walks of life, in the same room, using what we’ve been given to make a difference.

Grateful to have spent Women’s Equality Day supporting AAUW, and always grateful for time with my good sis Val♥️

Some people will make you question how they feel about you. And then one day, you’ll experience a love that makes you realize you were never asking for too much “you were just asking the wrong person” - isn’t that what they say…

Finding somebody who can feel the weight of what they found and still know… I don’t want to experience this life and miss out on you.

Because sometimes two things can be true. People can be complicated… but love is still be love.

Sometimes you don’t realize what you’re capable of until you stop hesitating long enough to try.

I jumped up there today not even knowing if I could reach it. Then I did. And laughed because… wait a minute 😂 when did I become capable of THAT?

That’s how growth sneaks up on you.

Everybody around me doesn’t have to be where I’m going, but you cannot be committed to staying where I’ve already been. ♥️

(And yes I am mad at myself for giving up too soon😫)
