Many dance forms influence young women to think that they have to have a certain look - be skinny, have no hips, no curves and have no body fat. They basically cause a young woman to go against everything that is natural to her body . - do you think this is healthy for young girls?

Is it right to cause young women to be at war with their bodies from the get go?

Here at Esencia Flamenca we don't think so ..

One day, your daughter may look in the mirror and decide she isn't enough.

No mother wants that moment to come.

Yet girls today are growing up surrounded by impossible beauty standards, social media filters, and constant comparison. More and more are learning to criticize their bodies before they've even learned to appreciate them.
