The solar plexus chakra is associated with personal power, self-esteem, boundaries & a sense of purpose. The color that is associated with this chakra is yellow.

If the solar plexus chakra is out of balance, you may notice digestive issues or other physical issues in that area. You may also be controlling, indecisive or passive. You may want someone else to decide for you.

Family estrangement ☘️

Relationships don't happen in a vacuum. When you finally make the decision to go low- or no-contact, you've probably endured years of being dismissed & disrespected, having your boundaries violated & probably being told (directly or indirectly) that it's your fault, you're too sensitive, you can't take a joke, etc.

Estrangement from family is so common, but we don't often speak about it. And when we do, it's not uncommon to be told that you're the problem, "family is everything," that mever happened, etc.

Sometimes the healthiest thing to do is cut off contact.

We need to clear the guilt & shame, let go of the old identity (who we used to be with/to those people) & clear whatever is holding us back even when we've moved on from the unhealthy dynamic. It's rarely as simple as just going no-contact because often, others (especially in families) want to pull us back in.

💙 Manifestation. How do you manifest? 💙

Manifestation hacks are everywhere these days. You’ve probably tried a few yourself. Maybe you got some results, maybe you didn’t. At best, the results were probably inconsistent.

Why?

Because one of the most important (and most overlooked) keys to manifesting what you want is how you FEEL. It’s more important than what you say you want, your perfectly curated vision board or even the actions you take. If the feelings don't align with the action, you're basically canceling them out. 💖
