YOGA CHILD birthday parties are a special, fun, and healthy way to honor and celebrate your budding yogi. For kids ages 6 and up, YOGA CHILD creates personalized yoga parties in your home, location of your choice, or at the beautiful Three Birds Yoga Studio. Led by a certified children's yoga instructor, the 2 hour party includes mandala coloring, 30-45 minutes of yoga, relaxation time with essential oils, a yoga themed craft, and yoga games. so excited to share the evolution of my journey and expansion of YOGA CHILD, and introduce you to 🩷
Been feeling a pull in this direction for years, just had to trust I would know when the time was right.
Quick story of how I got here…
About seven years ago, as I found my own practice of yoga and meditation changing the way I experienced life, I had a big aha moment…I needed to bring this to kids and teens! So I started my journey of helping children shine their light through yoga and became a Certified Children's Yoga Teacher. I love sharing yoga with kids in playful ways, I just believe the practice can heal, and I am passionate about taking it deeper in my work with children and teens.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified School Counselor with 23 years of experience working in schools, I am grateful to blend my extensive clinical experience, nurturing therapeutic skills, and my own passion for meditation, yoga, and mindfulness to offer children and teens the empowering opportunity to cultivate resilience as they meet challenges in life.
