It’s been a while since I’ve properly introduced myself here, so hello, or hello again!

A lot has changed! I’m now an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), the gold standard in lactation care! And I’m back in my old stomping grounds in Littleton, Colorado, where I’ve been growing my practice for the past few years.

These days I offer:
• In-person support throughout the Denver metro area
• Virtual consults anywhere you are
• A free weekly support group on Fridays

Whether you’re working through latch struggles, low supply, pumping questions, weaning, or just want a second set of hands (and eyes) in those early weeks — I’d love to help.

Hey everyone! Just a friendly reminder that the Lactation Support Group is today, 12:30-1:30PM at Raise Chiropractic!

I'll be there for free weight checks and to chat through any questions you've got.

Bring the baby, bring the siblings too, everyone's welcome. It's a nice little break in the day to sit, connect with other parents, and not feel so alone in the feeding journey stuff. Plus the AC is a welcome escape from this summer heat!
