I am excited to introduce everyone to Leah Paprocki — #24!

Leah is another new addition to the team for the 2027 season, and we are extremely excited to have her join our team and make an immediate impact!

In 2026, Leah battled through injuries for much of the club season, making it difficult for her to find a consistent rhythm. Despite those challenges, she still put together a solid season, hitting .293 over 88 plate appearances while collecting 2 triples, 2 doubles, and 18 singles and driving in 20 runs.

Leah also showed just how much potential she has during her freshman high school season, where she hit an impressive .489 over 47 at-bats. As she heads into 2027 healthy and ready to go, we are excited to see her get back into her natural rhythm and bring that offensive ability to our lineup. We believe she can be a valuable source of run production and offensive support for our team.

Defensively, Leah will provide us with valuable depth at third base and first base. She brings a sure-handed glove to both positions and will look to help us make the routine plays while keeping runners from taking extra bases.

What makes Leah an exciting addition to our team is her work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed. She is not afraid to put in the work, and we know that mentality will make her a great fit within our KORE family.

We are super excited to welcome Leah to the team for the 2027 season and can't wait to see what she can accomplish in a KORE uniform! We're proud to have her representing KORE and are looking forward to watching her get healthy, find her rhythm, and show everyone what she can do!

I am excited to introduce everyone to Shyanne Leggett — #22!

Shyanne had a great 2026 season with us and will be looking to take another step forward during our 2027 campaign. One of the things that made Shyanne so valuable to our team was her versatility and willingness to do whatever was needed to help us succeed.

Offensively, Shyanne hit .208 over 149 plate appearances, collecting 5 doubles and a triple. But her impact at the plate went far beyond her batting average. Shyanne became a valuable weapon for us when it came to laying down bunts, moving runners, and creating scoring opportunities. She was willing to sacrifice her own opportunity to get on base if it meant putting a teammate in a better position to score.

When Shyanne did get on base, she was an absolute menace to the opposing team. Her speed put constant pressure on opposing defenses, and she finished the season an incredible 28-for-29 on stolen bases!

Defensively, Shyanne was another one of our versatile players, seeing time at catcher, third base, shortstop, and primarily second base. Across those positions, she recorded 97 putouts and helped turn 4 double plays. She even had one game where she recorded an incredible 8 outs in a single game!

What really stands out about Shyanne, though, is her selflessness and team-first mentality. Her willingness to sacrifice at the plate, use her speed to create opportunities, and play wherever she was needed made a huge impact on our team's success. Combine that with her drive and determination to continually improve, and it's easy to see why Shyanne is such a valuable part of our team.

We are super excited to have Shyanne back with us for the 2027 season and can't wait to see what she can accomplish this year! We know she's going to continue working, competing, and finding ways to help this team succeed. We're proud to have her representing KORE!

I am excited to introduce everyone to Avery Davison — #21!

Avery is a new addition to the team for the 2027 season, and we are extremely excited to have her join the team and make an immediate impact!

Avery brings valuable experience playing at the 16U level, along with a high softball IQ and some serious speed on the bases. In 2026, Avery collected 11 stolen bases, showing how much of a weapon she can be when she gets on base!

Offensively, Avery hit .303 over 75 plate appearances, collecting 17 singles, 2 doubles, and a triple while driving in 13 runs. Her ability to put pressure on the defense with her speed and find ways to contribute offensively will give us another exciting weapon in our lineup.

Defensively, Avery gives us tremendous versatility in the infield, with the ability to play third base, shortstop, and second base, while also serving as the field general behind the plate. Having a player who can confidently fill multiple positions will be a huge asset for us throughout the season.

What makes Avery such a great addition to our team is her grit, determination, and willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team win. She is not afraid to put in the work to improve, and her softball IQ allows her to understand what the team needs from her in any given situation. That team-first mentality is exactly what we want in a KORE player!

I am excited to introduce everyone to Avery Brown — #17!

Avery is a new addition to the team for the 2027 season, and we are extremely excited to have her join the team and make an immediate impact!

Avery had an incredible 2026 season with her previous team, putting together an astonishing .648 batting average over 64 plate appearances, while collecting 14 doubles and 2 home runs! She has continued that hot streak into her high school career as well, recently adding another home run during the Freshman State Tournament for Lincoln Standing Bear.

Avery will bring some serious power and run production to our lineup in 2027, and we can't wait to see what she can do against the competition we will face this season.

Defensively, Avery gives us valuable versatility and depth at catcher and first base. She brings a sure glove to both positions and will look to make her presence felt behind the plate by keeping opposing runners from taking extra bases.

More importantly, Avery is a hard-working and dedicated player who isn't afraid to put in the work necessary to accomplish both her individual goals and the goals of the team. That kind of work ethic is exactly what we want in a KORE player.

I am excited to introduce everyone to Natalie Dean — #15!

Natalie had a great 2026 season with us, and what stood out most was the way she handled adversity. After suffering an injury that kept her sidelined for an extended stretch in the middle of the season, Natalie refused to let it keep her from contributing to the team. Even when she couldn't be on the field, she stepped up as a teammate, helping keep everyone’s spirits high and gaining a different perspective of the game in the process.

When she was healthy, Natalie was one of our most versatile players, bouncing between catcher, first base, and the outfield, while even throwing a couple of innings on the mound. Defensively, she recorded 56 putouts in 63 chances and threw out a runner attempting to steal while behind the plate.

At the plate, Natalie really started to turn it on as the season progressed. She became a tough out for opposing pitchers, consistently putting together long at-bats and making pitchers work for every out. Her ability to battle in the box led to several clutch at-bats throughout the season, and she finished with a .292 batting average over 98 at-bats.

But Natalie's impact on our team went well beyond the numbers. While she was injured, she was one of the players helping rally the team and keep everyone motivated. Whether she was at practice or at a tournament, Natalie always brought a smile, a laugh, and a positive attitude, but when the pressure was on, she knew how to stay cool, calm, and collected.

We are super excited to have Natalie back with us for the 2027 season and can't wait to see what she can accomplish with a full season of softball ahead of her. We know there's a lot more to come from #15! We're proud to have her representing KORE!

I am excited to introduce everyone to Shea Brewster — #12!

Shea made huge strides throughout the 2026 season and really started to turn it on as the season progressed. She was one of our most versatile players, splitting time between catcher and center field and making a significant impact at both positions.

Behind the plate, Shea caught an impressive 106 innings and threw out 9 runners attempting to steal. She also came up with an incredibly clutch play during a tight game at the USA Class B State Tournament, throwing out a runner trying to steal third late in the game. And when we needed her most, Shea was behind the plate for all 5 games on Championship Sunday as we battled our way to the state championship!

In the field, Shea led our team with an incredible 127 putouts in 143 chances, showing just how valuable she was defensively no matter where we put her.

Offensively, Shea really began to heat up down the stretch. She came through with a clutch walk-off triple at the Mother's Day Grand Slam and then collected the first home run of her career at the Class B State Tournament! She finished the season hitting .240 over 125 plate appearances, with 3 triples and a home run, and she's already looking to build on that success in 2027.

But what really sets Shea apart goes beyond the statistics. She brings an incredible positive attitude and work ethic to our team. Shea is the kind of player who puts her head down, gets to work, and constantly looks for ways to improve. Her willingness to grind and her positive presence make her an incredibly valuable teammate.

We are super excited to have Shea back with us for the 2027 season and can't wait to see what she can accomplish next. She made tremendous strides this season, and we know there's still plenty more to come!We're proud to have her representing KORE!

I am excited to introduce everyone to Lauren Majors — #10!

Lauren had a breakout 2026 season for us, and we are excited to see what she can accomplish as we head into 2027!

Lauren was a mainstay at shortstop, where she recorded 98 putouts on 117 chances and helped turn 4 double plays. She proved to be a versatile defender who could be counted on both in the middle of the infield and in the outfield, giving our team valuable flexibility wherever we needed her.

At the plate, Lauren was a major contributor in the heart of our lineup. She hit .358 over 149 plate appearances, while adding 4 triples and 4 home runs. One of those home runs came on a big stage at the USSSA Midwest Nationals in Des Moines, showing her ability to come through in important moments.

But Lauren's impact went far beyond her offensive and defensive numbers. She was an outstanding teammate and a strong leader, always encouraging those around her and helping keep the team's spirits high. That kind of positive presence is invaluable to a team and is a huge part of what makes Lauren such an important piece of our program.

We are incredibly excited to have Lauren back with us for the 2027 season and can't wait to watch her continue to grow, compete, and succeed. We're proud to have her representing KORE!

I am excited to introduce everyone to Kendall Schaaf - #9!

Kendall put together an outstanding 2026 season and is looking to build on that success as we head into our 2027 campaign.

In the circle, Kendall was nothing short of dominant. She pitched 123 innings, faced 683 batters, and recorded an incredible 154 strikeouts—good for a strikeout rate of nearly 23%. She also played a huge role in our USA Class 14B State Championship, serving as a starter and our closer in several key games throughout the tournament. Time and time again, Kendall stepped into high-pressure situations and delivered when we needed her most.

At the plate, Kendall was every bit as impressive. She hit an outstanding .478 over 158 at-bats, while collecting 3 home runs and 5 triples. Whether she was in the circle or in the batter's box, Kendall consistently found ways to impact the game and help lead our team to success.

Beyond the numbers, Kendall's competitive spirit and ability to perform in big moments make her an invaluable part of our program.

We are incredibly excited to have Kendall back for our 2027 season and can't wait to see what she accomplishes next. The best is still ahead, and we're proud to have her representing KORE!

I am excited to introduce everyone to Kirsten Laue - #7!

Kirsten had an incredible 2026 season and is looking to build on that success during our 2027 campaign.
In 2026, Kirsten pitched 100.2 innings, faced 571 batters, and allowed an astonishing 16 free passes all season (9 walks and 7 hit batters). She was an absolute workhorse who was always willing to put in the extra work—not only in the circle, but also in the field and at the plate.

Kirsten also played a huge role in helping lead us to our 2026 USA Class 14B State Championship. On Championship Sunday, she pitched in four of our five games (16 out of 23 total innings played), giving our team every opportunity to bring home the title. Her toughness, endurance, and competitive drive were instrumental in our championship run.

Offensively, Kirsten had a tremendous season as well, hitting .378 over 154 plate appearances while blasting the first two home runs of her career.

While her statistics speak for themselves, what makes Kirsten even more valuable is her dedication, work ethic, leadership and willingness to do whatever the team needs to succeed.

We are incredibly excited to have Kirsten back for the 2027 season and can't wait to see everything she accomplishes. The future is bright, and we're proud to have her representing KORE!
