Whether you are interested in shaping up, participating in sports, overcoming a physical difficulty or just having fun, Advocate Condell's Centre Club is for you. We offer clients a choice of group exercise, basketball, racquetball, weight lifting, swimming, indoor track and more. After working out, clients can step into the whirlpool, sauna or steam room to unwind. We also offer various health programs, personal trainers and massage therapy. Our exercise and fitness professionals will work with you to create a program to get you fit and feeling healthy.
