This week let’s dive into Ishvara Pranidhana.
Ishvara Pranidhana is defined as surrendering to the flow of the universe or devotion to a higher power.
It’s letting go of control, doing your best, and releasing your expected outcome allowing whatever happens to happen.
This could be the case in most scenarios:
If a plan doesn’t follow through, not obsessing over what people think of you, practicing yoga without needing to be “good” at it, giving someone your love with the knowing that you can not control how they love you back.🫶🧘♀️👯♀️
It gets even smaller too:
Understanding you are not your thoughts. Letting go of the overthinking. Surrendering to the difficult moments and allowing them to teach you.🧠🧐
When you look at it as a whole you can translate it to showing up fully for what is in your power and surrendering to what is out of your control.✨
RootedMoon Yoga

Good morning beautiful souls✨
I hope your day is amazing and everything flows with ease.
Remember you are whole and you are loved.🫶

Hi guys!!
I can’t wait for my Saturday classes this weekend!
I’ve been missing my yoga fam🫶
I’m starting to feel deeply called into expanding. I’m thinking not only in furthering my education with the practice but also expanding into different locations, events, etc.
I’m not sure how I’ll do it, but advice or suggestions are very welcome!!
I would also love to dive deeper into my surrounding communities. Showing my daughter(2yr old) what it’s like to show up for your villages!
Let me know via message or comments what you would do or what would sound good to you✨
Also, looking to collaborate with someone else maybe sound bowl yoga, reiki&yoga, something artsy or fun or whatever I’m open to it all!
Just let me know what you want to bring in with me!
Goodmorning✨☕️
I hope everyone is enjoying their week so far!
Today will be my last class for this week before my travels to Arkansas and Texas🖤
I’ll be at Kurma Yoga Studio at 5pm tonight🧘♀️
I wanted to take a moment and show an appreciation for all of you. I’m so blessed to be working towards such a wonderful life to raise my daughter in, surrounded by truly beautiful souls. I would’ve never guessed this would’ve been my life 15yrs ago.
Here’s to continuously growing and learning and becoming a better version everyday🥂
I love you all and hope you have the best week🙌
Svadhyaya isn’t about criticizing yourself, it’s about getting curious.
We define it as: The practice of observing yourself with honesty and compassion to cultivate greater self awareness, wisdom, and personal growth.
It’s the practice of noticing your thoughts, your habits, your reactions, and your patterns without immediately trying to fix them.
What keeps showing up in your life? What beliefs are you carrying that no longer belong to you? What parts of yourself have been waiting to be seen?
Sometimes the deepest practice happens when you pause long enough to witness yourself with honesty and compassion.
Today, instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” try asking: ✨ “What is this moment trying to teach me?”
Growth begins with awareness.
🌿 What have you learned about yourself lately?
HELLOOOOO✨🫶
I wanted to take a moment to share some neat things with you guys!!
I am still running my private specials! I have 2 more spots left for July!! If curious you can shoot me a message!
I am instructing 3 classes weekly at Kurma this coming month✨

I’m thinking of a good park pop up date! Let me know if you have suggestions for July☺️
Lastly stay tuned as I work to collaborate some cool stuff with The Healing Hart. I’ll dedicate a post specifically for this later because it’s too cool to not have its own shout out!

Truly feeling so blessed to be able to share such a beautiful practice with so many incredible people. The community I’ve grown into has brought me so much joy, connection, and gratitude. Every class reminds me why I fell in love with yoga in the first place.
Yoga is so much more than asana practice. It’s the way we breathe, the way we speak, think, the way we show up for others, and the way we move through the world with greater awareness. It’s learning to slow down to notice what we’ve been carrying, creating space for what serves us, and letting go of what doesn’t.
It teaches us that presence is powerful. That strength can be gentle. That growth often looks like choosing compassion, curiosity, and gratitude, both on and off the mat.
I’m endlessly grateful for every person who chooses to practice with me. Thank you for trusting me to be a small part of your journey. Here’s to continuing to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and build a community rooted in authenticity, kindness, and connection.
The light in me sees the light in you✨
Truly thank you🖤
