DDL Basketball

Yesterday’s first ever DDL Basketball Army vs. Navy games was a huge success! Our troops came out and played a great game! Their teamwork, sportsmanship and overall effort was truly a testament of the high standards and expectations of our armed forces. It was a privilege to this host event.

In the end, despite a valiant effort from our Navy. Our Army came out on top with a final score of 57 - 49! Navy was able to bounce back in the 3 point competition to beat Army by a final score of 23 - 12! To all of the players and fans who attended this year‘s event I just wanna say thank you and we look forward to doing this every year.

Moving forward as a testament to our appreciation for everything our fighters do for this country. Children of all active members of the armed forces can play in our league for free! Just go to our website ddlbasketball.com and register. All costs will be covered by us.

I also wanna give a huge thank you to the staff at the Urbancrest Church! Everyone there went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for this game and it was greatly appreciated.
