There are some great local preseason training options for athletes looking to get a head start before the season begins.

🏊 Swimmers: Preseason conditioning is available through SwimAtlanta Hamilton Mill’s SWATfit program.

🤿 Divers: Dive clinics are being offered by SpringDogs Diving at Collins Hill.

Whether you’re looking to rebuild endurance, sharpen your skills, or simply knock the rust off before official practices begin, these are excellent opportunities to prepare for the upcoming season. These are optional programs not affiliated with MVHS and they not required, just great ways to get some extra skills and endurance.

MVHS Bears - Gwinnett County Swim League registration is open! While there are no teams in our MVHS cluster, there are several teams close to our cluster. Apalachee Aquatics is coached by one of our alums, and there are several of our current MVHS swimmers on that team! Register by April 15th for an early bird discount!
