Yoga in the Red Rocks

Yoga in the desert is this Thursday!! To know who I should meet at the Red Springs parking lot at 6:30pm please confirm if you will be able to attend.

Gentle yoga and meditation in nature. In the power and presence of the red rocks. The class starts with a mediation and then flows into a gentle yoga class. It is designed to connect us with our highest good and with nature. When possible we will be guided by live music. All donations for this class will be given to the SPCA to help animals find new loving homes.
