The Bay Area Tar Heels, established in 2005, is a competitive AAU boys basketball club based in San Jose, California.
The program provides the opportunity for young males to continue their growth and development as basketball players and athletes. The Bay Area Tar Heels have a very experienced coaching staff and typically offer teams in the 10U - 17U age groups. Tryouts are held in February for the Spring/Summer season, and in August for the Fall season. The Tar Heels are coached by Chris Caballero, Coach Pat Ken
