Tomorrow is the Fifth Annual Memorial event for Anthony Bowersox in Middleburg, PA. A Warrior Woman will be set up to help support them. If you're in the area swing by and help support their foundation.

Thursday, June 25 Basic Self Defense Training at the Fayette Area Lions Den is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I will be starting them back up in the Fall.

Reminder for my various self defense classes for June dates at the Fayette Area Lions Den ! Contact me for info on the class if needed. Call the Den to reserve your spot.

Tuesday night at 6:30pm at Fayette Area Lions Den there will be a Basic Self Defense Class for up to 12 people. This includes your basic laws, situational awareness and basic hands on techniques.

If interested please contact the Fayette Area Lions Den. This is for ages 13 and up. Accommodations can be made for any disabilities or limitations someone may have. Just let me know at the start of class.

Are you ready? Summer is coming and so are the many vendor events and fun times. If you are looking for any of the locations I will be at this summer I will be posting here as well as on my website.
