I was surprised… and also not surprised 😒
Turns out weekends don’t belong to women.
You're doing the laundry, the errands, the meals, the driving, the planning, the scheduling, the parenting. And somewhere in there, trying to grow as a yoga teacher? Nope.
So I am sticking with the schedule that actually works better for you - weekday sessions. Space to be present for yourself.
One-off weekends are great for individual courses. But a 300hr YTT that's spread out over a year? It's just too hard to keep everyone online and on task.
🎥 I explain more in the video.
👇 Do weekends feel like yours? Or do they belong to everyone else?
This is a repost from last year. We're actually im the middle of a weekday training and the participation is so much better, even with work schedules.
The 10 installment payment plan deadline is Sept 1st. So if that's your plan to join the 2027 cohort, don't wait.

When I built my 300hr yoga teacher training, I didn’t just make a list of trending topics and start assigning names.
I chose people I’ve learned from, worked alongside, and trust with my students. Some are mentors. Some are colleagues. A few have studied so closely with me over the years that they’ve earned a teaching role.
This isn’t just a guest faculty list. It’s a deeply personal, carefully curated team. Every name on this list means something to me and it didn’t come together overnight. It’s taken years to build.
And here’s what past graduates have to say about it:
“Such an amazing experience! Learned so much and taught me so many skills that I am excited to share with others! It would be a challenge to find anyone more passionate than Jules about teaching yoga.”
“Best 300hr ever. I have never learned so much in one place before, and the group is awesome. Jules has one incredible brain.”
"Hands down one of the best trainings I've done, and that includes all in-person events. This 300hr is the absolute best and I would recommend signing up to ANYONE thinking about it."

It's all about the push. Even though it's a longitudinal effort, it provides great leverage for the rotation. Give it a go!

Some of my favorite class sequence start with me rolling around on the floor looking for inspo.
I'm starting to put together my Practice Collection Volume 5 and brainstorming various class series. Thinking about doing a low back series...so many of us might appreciate it. 😊

One minute it's yoga. The next minute we're discussing friction and force vectors. 🤓
I'm always surprised by how challenging this can be for some yoga teachers.
If you can't talk about the poses beyond the typical "inhale here, exhale there" or "this angle, that line" cues, it's no wonder you get bored teaching yoga.
Join my 2027 online 300hr and discover a world of new perspectives about the yoga poses and how to teach them.
We have participants from all over the world and can accommodate all time zones. If you need info on how that works, DM me and I'll reply.
Fall in love with yoga again. 🤩😍✌️
I fimed this last week, coincidentally, just days before I had a really deep discussion with friends/colleagues on the state of teaching yoga teachers in 2026.
In that conversation, we talked about how many people are coming to trainings without a solid relationship to their own yoga practice and how one of us is thinking about adding more practice (and less theory) to her training.
I'm not posting this because I have all the answers. I am posting this to let you know that many of us are still working tirelessly to hold yoga education to a higher standard than we held it the previous year.
While many studios have abandoned continuing education and many teachers have quit yoga altogether, if you're still here, we invite you to our corner of the yoga community and would love to hear your thoughts.
And if you like lectures join my 300hr next year. Registration is open and ready for you to sign up. 🤓
